Colorado Rockies Pitches out of rotation and gets fined a loss

Pitching out of rotation has just cost the Colorado Rockies one loss. Please understand we have a pitching rotation for a reason. I don't like taking wins away and awarding loses in their place, but if you don't follow the pitching rotation and someone calls you on right away not 3 days after the fact, then you will eat the loss.

There is a formula in the rules section that will help all of us to make sure we are pitching in our rotation. Also remember if you trade away a starting pitcher for another starting pitcher the pitcher you get goes in the slot of the pitcher you traded. IE if you trade your #3 and get a starter back then he now is your #3 pitcher
