VBA Trade Approval Policy

I want to encourage all General Managers that before you accept a trade make sure that the trade is what you want. From now on no approved trade will be undone. So make sure that you are happy with it, make sure that you got who you thought you were going to get out of it because once both General Managers have approved it and it has been approved by an admin it is a done deal, with no expections.
