Dome splitz quit

Dome quit a game in 8th inning 2 run game. After everypitch i threw he would either flicker the pause screen, or just pause the game after every pitch. HE WAS SWINGING AT EVERY PITCH HOW ELSE SHOULD I APPROACH IT? And to it off he quit after he bunted on two strike for a out.
