petition: TO STOP PEOPLE FROM PURPOSELY GOING HOME KNOWING THEY DONT TAG AT HOME OR GET RAN OVER AND DROP THE BALL 90% OF THE TIME

I'm tired of losing games because guys are taking advantage of the fact they dont make the play at home most of the time... i submit maybe u can only do this once a game at maximum.

I think it would be too hard for the commish to judge this

This is not going to go to vote because it would be an admins nightmare. There is no possible way to enforce this and will cause more problems than it sloves.
