You must verify that you have read the current rulebook and agree to the rules and policies within before given password to enter the league.

Step 1: Select: "I have read and agree to play according to the posted VBA official rulebook".

Step 2: Reply inside of this thread requesting the password to the league.

or Select "no, I do not agree to the VBA rules and policies", and you may express your indifference with a reply inside of this thread.
