Game against dpar

Played a gm with dpar. Let me just say frusterating to say the least. First he committed to a steal and i threw the pitch and he went back to first thats against the rules.
When we got to the tenth inning I threw one pitch with my starter and he sent me a message saying that was against the rules and he gets the win and quite the gm. I cannot find a rule in our rule book that states how long a starter can pitch. I will keep the win unless I am proven to have broken a rule. Thanks

He did the same thing to me, twice. And he also hit and run everytime he had someone on base. Now that's annoying.
