petition: Vote to give commissioner free entry to future leagues (APPROVED)

I don't think the commissioner should have to pay an entry fee to play in the leagues. I have served before, and I know the actual burdens the commish has to take on, and he pays $20 every season to do so. If we passed a vote to waive entry fee for the commish, it would be a nice way to show appreciation for all of the headaches he endures. Also, it will provide some motivation to continue donating time, energy, and a whole lot of patience. It will also help with getting candidates for future elections if there is some kind of benefit in exchange for the sacrifices made for others entertainment.
